Discount Hire Rates
There is a discounted hire rate available for non profit community or voluntary groups that become members. These hourly rates only apply during 9:00 - 5:00pm, standard rates apply outside these times.

Additional Information
Deposit
A deposit of £100 should be paid on the date of booking.
Cancellation
A cancellation notice is required 7 days prior to the event taking place, in addtion a cancellation charge will be taken from the deposit or a bill will be directly sent to the billing address. If no notice is given, the hirer will be subject to pay a charge of 50% of the full charge. Any cancellations on the day of the event taking place will result in the full charge of booking to be paid.
Setting up fee
Should the hirer wish for the centre to set up the hired room to be ready for the start time, a £5 setting up fee will be added to the bill.
Cleaning/Large Group charge
The Hall/Rooms should be vacated at the agreed time, please allow time for cleaning up. There will be an additional charge of £15 per hour if the room is left unacceptable. This is a cleaning charge which is deduced from your deposit or added to your bill.
Extras
Flip chart and pens: £2.50
Photocopying: 10p per side of A4 / 15 per side of A3
Fax: 25p per a page
Children's parties held between 4pm - 7pm Monday to Friday will be charged at the discounted rate. At other times standard rate will apply as appropriate.
